I LOVE IT! One of the few things that has made me laugh on mtbr lately. It's just so...innocent, I guess. Forthright and ...I dunno. But I like it.
Here is the original thread. clicky clicky
I'm a fat chick. I make jewelry with bike parts and chain maille. It's been a while since I've biked, but I'll get back to it. I'm bipolar. I'm opinionated. I'm compassionate. I'm passionate. I'm silly. I'm loving. Sometimes I'm just plain nuts. But I'm always me...for better or worse. Love all of me...you can't pick and choose.

Why I lurve MTBR
It's threads like this that make me lurve mtbr. When people actually have fun with shit instead of trying to rile each other up.
I <3 this thread...but I also just drank a rather large glass of diet mountain dew and smirnoff citrus.
Here's a photo of said drink, for posterity:
Cheesus cracked my ass up.

I so wish someone would post one of these...
...I'm not willing to get into a flame war with some of the lovely people over on mtbr, but damn, I so wish someone would post these over there on a couple threads. It would sure make me laugh. :D
I had to go over and read updates on the threads I was reading yesterday and they're even better than they were before!! Where's my

Pissing Contest
I swear mtbr hosts the BEST pissing contests. Truly EPIC.
It simply amazes me how many people there need to whip their dicks out and see who has a bigger one. Invite me next time...I want to be the Official MTBR Dick Measurer.
But hey...it's entertaining. I certainly get my chuckles over there.

People being people...I guess
This was in the passion forum on mtbr.com when I went over to peruse the goodies there:
On the one hand, it never ceases to amaze me how many people over there can be complete assholes to someone. On the other hand, I can totally admit that the guy who wrote it should have absolutely expected each and every "mean" (for lack of a better word) response he got. But I admire the way he dealt with each of them...not in an ugly way, but more of a "to each his own" sort of way.
In any case, it's an interesting thread...one thing that stuck out for me was that for a couple of people, dressing like someone else was a huge strike against their individuality during their rides. I never realized how much riding a bike was asserting one's individuality, but perhaps it is. I wear what I ride in because it fits me, it's comfortable and I like it. I bought my bike because it fits me, it's comfortable and I like it. Nothing really to do with my individuality. I express that in other ways...anyway, not doggin' anyone, just bringing up a point that I found interesting.
